The Study on Weight Loss and Cardic Function Changes in the Short Term Exercise Therapy

Abstract
The obesity is the one of the important risk factors of the glucose metabolic and lipid metabolic disorder and hypertension which is closely related with life style diseases. The tei urination of the obesity is to prevent the life style diseases and geriatric diseases.
The purpose of this study was to find the effective exercise therapy methods for weight loss that did not affect dropping Fitness and Aerobic power.
The subjects of the study ranged from 19 to 52 years old, the average Body Mass Index(BMI) 25.06¡¾3.07 who wanted to loss weight. The subjets divided into A, B, C, D, E groups. The above 28 of the BMI to A group, BMI equal 25 to B groups, BMI equal 26 to C group were assigned. In addition, the control group to D group and short period diet people to E group were assigned.
The exercise intensity was VO2 Max 50%, and personal load of intensity was LT Intensity for A, B, and C groups. Also for these groups, duration was 60 -90 rains. Per 1 period, exercise frequency was 3 -5 times per week. We record the amount of energy consumptions and loss weight. We selected the 40 times limited number of exercise therapy to compare the pre and post exercise therapy effects.
The results were as following:
1. The 5 kg weight loss and 1.5kg/m2 BMI decrese were found in A groups.
2. Although the weight and BMI changes were not found in B group, the 9.5% VO2 Max per weight was incresed.
3. In C group, people loss weight 1.5 kg, and BMI change was not found. But as same as A group, 9.6% VO2 max per weight was incresed.
4. The rasting heart rates decresed in all five groups.
5. The resting systolic blood pressure were reduced 5 mmHg in A and C groups.
6. The diastolic blood pressure were reduced the same amount in B and C groups.
7. The DP were decresed in A B C groups after exercise, and in B and C groups at the rest.
8. The blood glucose, blood insulin level, TC, TG, LDL-C were decresed in A group.
Accoding to above results, the further reseach should be conducted with quantitative and qualitative control for exercise therapy designs. Also, we need administers and well-trained leaders for exercise therapy.
